We seemingly have another company's brand registry tied to our seller account and we can't access our actual brand registry

Has anyone else had this happen? We have one registered brand already and are trying to register our second. We submitted all the information and were denied instantly. We filed an appeal as we thought it was strange and it turns out we submitted the application under someone else's inactive account. The account we submitted as was an Asia based seller who was denied due to harassment and has an unhealthy account. The Brand Registry page shows no registered brands even though we have ownership of one and are allowed to list as another. I have submitted multiple appeals with screenshots but can't get anyone to help. I keep being told to appeal on Brand Registry but I can't as the account is not ours and has no active brands.

TLDR - Someone else's brand registry account got tied to our seller account and we no longer have access to our actual brand registry account. This was brought to our attention by our B2B rep who was as confused as we were.

Hello @Seller_nwF0es8z0KGuU,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to look into what maybe going on.

I was able to locate an appeal case 18038812671, but that case is still in the appeal process so there isn't much else I can do until the appeal has been fully reviewed.

Since you mentioned you cannot access your own brand registry account, do you mean you cannot log in or you have successfully enrolled a brand previously and that brand does not show up in your brand registry account? If it is the latter, do you by chance have the case ID associated with that brands enrollment? If not, do you have any cases open with Seller or Brand Registry support that mention the Brand name and/or the TM? If you can provide any case ID that I can connect your account with a brand already enrolled, I will try and create a timeline and try to figure out what may have happened.

Happy to help wherever I am able.

Best, Dougal
