Hello @Seller_foPFuYxJoIg8c,
Thanks for posting here! Amazon needs to be able to validate your ASIN's list price with a recent Amazon customer purchase, or purchases, or offers by other retailers. To provide customers with the best shopping experience, Amazon will only display reference prices they are able to verify against prices at which the product was purchased on Amazon or offered by other retailers. If a reference price is not appearing on the store for your product, it may be because they were unable to find a recent example of the product selling at that price. I see that you have placed a screenshot of the promotion setup section in the thread. However, can you tell me if you have a reference price for the product in the Inventory/,Manage inventory section of Seller Central? To update a single ASIN:
In Seller Central, select Inventory, and then click Manage Inventory.
- Click Edit next to the relevant SKU/ASIN.
- In the Offer tab, ensure that More attributes is enabled.
- Fill in the MSRP or List Price field (naming and order varies across stores and categories).
- Click Save and finish.
Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price
Fix inactive or suppressed listings
Kindest regards,
Veronica_Amazon
