Vine Review about a Different Product!
Yes, you heard right... The reviewer reviewed another product and posted on our listing!
We paid an Amazon Service to gift products in exchange for reviews. The reviewer was talking about a different product. Specifically, they mentioned that they used this product for a year and it rusted. We just started selling it in October and we enrolled it in Vine in November. So unless the Reviewer is a timer-traveler this is literally impossible.
No, the Option to ask the Vine for retraction.

Vine is a scam.......another way for Amazon to put your money in their pocket with more than mixed results, plus many buyers like me, moving on as soon as they see a Vine review.

If it's a 3 or less star you are allowed to contact the reviewer. don't ask her to change the stars, just kindly inform that the review she left is for another product. Happened to me and they changed stars and text.
