GETTING RETURNS WITH NO EXPLINATION

Hello All

I have been receiving a massive amount of returns for a particular product that I am selling. When I look into the return, there are no comments or reasons left by the customer for returning the product. However, on my phone when I receive the notification email from Amazon that the product has been returned, I can see under the Refund Reason column that it says Order Not Received. This doesn't make sense as the customer is not complaining about the product not being able to received. Nor am I responsible for shipping as I am shipping the product through FBA. When I contacted Amazon all they said was I have to wait 60 days after the return date and then they could investigate into the return. Is anyone else coming across this problem? My bottom line is getting killed with these unexplained returns!
