Amazon ground shipping
I purchased an Amazon Ground shipping label for an order, assuming I could drop it off at a UPS location since they partner with Amazon. However, they didn’t accept it, so it seems my only option is to schedule a pickup through Amazon—which I haven’t done before. Can someone please walk me through the steps to schedule a pickup after purchasing and printing the label?

Hello @Seller_tb6SRQkLMWQIj
Let me clarify something first: Amazon Ground shipping labels can only be used with Amazon's own delivery service, not with UPS. I understand the confusion, since Amazon does partner with UPS for other services.
To schedule a pickup for your Amazon Ground label, here are the steps:
- Go to Your Orders on Amazon.com
- Locate the return/shipping label order
- Click on "Track Package" or "View/Manage Label"
- Look for "Schedule a Pickup" option
- Select your preferred date (usually available within the next 3 business days)
- Choose a location where you'll leave the package (like front door, back door, etc.)
- Confirm your selection
Important notes:
- Make sure your package is properly packed, and the label is clearly visible
- Have the package ready by 8 AM on your selected pickup date
- No signature is required for pickup
Let me know if you have any additional concerns or questions.
Christine.
