A+ Content Error Message

When I try and SUBMIT or SAVE AS DRAFT A+ Content on my AMZ Canada Account I get the below error.

Failed to save content Requested from: [/aplus/api/SaveContent]. Recieved status: [400] with message: [Invalid contentLocale=en_CA].

Does anyone know why this is happening?
