Toy product comes with its own container
I am listing a toy that has building blocks and the building blocks are in its own storage box which has the coloful box design. There is no other packaging.
Since the toys are the building blocks itself, can I considered this as sealed. Or will I be fined for not covering a toy fully.
What happens in the worst case Amazon considers it as a toy with open to air?

Are you planning on selling this through FBA or through seller-fulfilled listings?
If sending to FBA, you are going to have to both cover and protect the item. Cover so you can apply the label and to keep the item clean. Protect so it doesn't get damaged before the buyer receives it.
