Brand Registry with Pending Trademark??
Looking to see if anyone can provide some help. In the process of enrolling our brand in Brand Registry, but when I try to enter the serial number for our pending trademark, it says it cannot be found in the trademark office selected, when we have the reporting letter & tm application stating that it was filed. Anyone know why this isn't letting us apply? Tried to reach out to seller support, and they tried to push me off to brand registry seller support, but since it's not letting us enroll, we cannot use this feature.

You got the reporting letter...but did you check the USPTO website for the serial number?

First, pending Trademarks are only accepted if they are from a list of 20 countries, the EUIPO or WIPO. That complete list is on the Review eligibility requirements landing page on Brand Services.
If your pending Trademark is from one of those countries, EUIPO or WIPO, I would be happy to investigate further. If you want, you can provide your registration number here OR if you prefer not to list it here in the public forum, I can create a direct message via a case ID with you and get it that way.
