ODTR and order capacity
Hi to all sellers,
We are scrambling on the ODTR and our rate dropping.
1) Most orders deliver sooner or on the day. If they deliver on the day it is past 7am or some early stupid cutoff - no mail delivers that early - so marked late.
2) I have read on here that if we change the order capacity to 1 we get an extra day of handling and shipping - is that true? Do you all recommend doing that?
3) we have switched from first class mail to priority mail to go faster and that is more expensive but I figured worth it
4) we are not using SSA - and we are not using amazon shipping because I have a fulfillment house that handles everything. They ship every order before the cutoff the same day without fail.
5) the dashboard shows a much higher rate over 90 compared to the account health that shows 83% bnut that was for last month.
Any advise is appreciate you all!

Hello @Seller_6YmLhPNq8KwM9 Thank you for those questions about the On Time Delivery Rate. You can read more about those updated policies in the thread: New updates to our on-time delivery policy and shipping settings.
Packages delivered any time on the "Promised delivery date without a promise extension" are calculated as on time. This is determined by the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) time zone. As an example: if an order has a Delivery By date of August 15, that appears in the OTDR report as: 8/16/24 06:59:59 GMT (8/15/24 23:59:59 PDT). Shipments delivered with an "Actual delivery date" of 8/15/24 PDT are calculated as on time. and will not appear on the OTDR report.
If you believe your OTDR is not calculating correctly, please file a support case and share that ID with me for review.
Other sellers can share suggestions regarding order capability. You can also check our help page for more information: Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR).
