In the message itself, it says
"The funds in your account will not be disbursed to you. This is a final decision made"
So there is nothing to go about.
You would have had to provide proof 100 days ago that you did not engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity that harms customers and other selling partners and their store.

First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon so only other sellers are normally here to see questions and cries for help. The occasional MOD does stop by to monitor things and maybe one will see this.
It’s still the BEST place to post asking for help BUT just ask for the help from other sellers and NOT from any of the Amazon departments that probably don’t even know the Forum exists. (Only a SMALL amount of sarcasm there)!
As @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 notes, you will not get the money because you didn't prove that you didn't do what they said.
