Cancelling customer subscription

Please point me in the right direction. My customer joined our sub and save and purchased her product with us, 5 out of 6 orders were cancelled but for the last one, she did not cancel so we shipped out. She now claims that she has not purchased anything from us and wants us to cancel the order, however, since the product is in transit we cannot cancel. So we advised her to ship it back to us and we will grant the cancellation. I was just wondering if there is a way for me to cancel the subscription for her specifically.

Unfortunately there is no way for anyone but the buyer to cancel the subscribe and save. I understand that the order is still in transit. Did you know that you should be able to tell the buyer to refuse delivery and the carrier should turn the order around and return it to you under the same tracking number? That may be easier than having the buyer ship it back. Least amount of friction!

BTW, the customer should be able to contact Customer Service and they should be able to cancel that subscribe and save.
