Adidas Brand restricted after approval
Has anyone else has encounter getting adidas products inactive? Amazon is requiring to re-apply again to sell this brand after been selling for months. I have already submitted documentation and pictures but my inventory got stranded. Really frustrated!

Same has happened to us, re-submitted the documents that we initially got ungated with and got rejected. Have units stranded along with more on the way/getting checked in.
Heard that it happened to allot of sellers yesterday.
Frustrating indeed!

Do you have a LOA from Adidas approving you to sell their products on Amazon?

The problem is that you are likely not authorized to sell Adidas. Amazon may have allowed you to list, but they do this often, assuming that the seller is a legit business doing things properly.
But since Adidas is no longer authorizing sellers to sell their products on Amazon (at least, true the last I heard), Amazon is double checking.
If you are one of the very few authorized sellers, submit your Letter of Authorization from Adidas, or if that doesn't work, have your account rep at Adidas contact Amazon on your behalf. If you are not authorized, at least see if you can submit a removal order; if you end up getting hit with a counterfeit claim, you'll lose any inventory in FBA, as well as any funds still held by Amazon.

Same here. I have nearly 300 active ASIN's with Adidas that are inactive. It's hurting my sales considerably.
I love on every one of these threads you get the comments from folks about having an LOA from the Brand. I'd love to know what the percentage of active sellers are that actually have one of these. I bet it's 2%. If they want to go that route, that's fine... but be straightforward and remove everyone who doesn't have one.
I personally know other sellers who do not have an LOA who's accounts were not effected by this and are still on the listings. It's super frustrating that there's no warning, no notifications, no email, etc. and they just shut down your income with no notice. Why not give sellers 30 days to provide one... or heck, maybe just 24 hours notice would be nice.
Classic Amazon... Customers don't have to abide by any of the policies, but Sellers get raked over the coals over and over. Best of luck everyone.

Happen to me as well, told me to resubmit an application. I shouldn't have to I got approved for Adidas and Adidas Originals. Hope its fixed soon, stranded inventory that's not my fault. I did everything right.

Um, pretty sure that's what they are in the process of doing.

How do I obtain the invoices for permissions to sell branded item(s)? I provided what I thought was a clear invoice, but wasn't good enough. Please help with this issue.

Yes, Amazon assumes that sellers know how to run a business properly and within the rules. This assumption is often wrong.
LoA are needed when the brand complains that there are one or more unauthorized sellers of the brand. There are many brands that do not care; they will not offer an LoA, but also not (at least for now) pursue any sellers of legitimate products, for which valid invoices suffice as evidence.
Amazon can't have a single policy for all brands, because not all brands want Amazon handling their brand in the same way.
But I agree, they could handle it better. Or sellers could learn the rules BEFORE getting caught breaking them. I sometimes think that Amazon uses Nike and now Adidas as filters; if you think you have the right to sell them, you flunk the test of being a responsible business.

Does your LOA from Adidas (NOT AMAZON) state that you are allowed to sell Adidas on Amazon? Or do you even have an LOA directly from Adidas?
Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw
Well, first of all, FSD as written applies specifically to Copyrighted materials.
Secondly, even under the expanded interpretation, it allows you to sell it as USED. So if someone is selling their unauthorized products as "New", then even an expanded interpretation of FSD does not apply.
Lastly, while you can legally sell a used item (assuming obtained through legitimate channels), that does not mean that a marketplace is required to let you sell it on their marketplace. Nor does it state that you have the right to use trademarks or other IP to give the impression that you are an authorized seller of the product.
