Chinese Sellers Using Our Brand Name!
Hi,
We are the manufacturer, sole seller, and owner of a U.S. trademark, and we are registered in the Brand Registry.
Several Chinese sellers (3–4) are selling counterfeit products under our brand name in Canada.
We do not have a Canadian trademark.
How can we have them removed?

That is an interesting question. They litterally copied your whole listings. Tag a mod here who could help in such cases.
At least they should be forced to remove the brand and the pictures. But they will not stop selling their products.

I got the general history of how and why you want to report these sellers but also need to investigate on the ASIN level.
Would you please provide me a case or complaint ID with all the ASINs you had questions about? Additionally, please also let me know if you have completed any test buys to prove that the sellers are selling counterfeit products.
