Regarding the infringement report, I don't know what else I can do!
Several months ago, I discovered a seller from China on Amazon selling products that seemed to infringe upon my utility model patent. I purchased a suspected infringing item, compared it carefully, and confirmed the infringement. I reported this violation and applied to join the APEX program, but Amazon stated that the patent did not match the product and provided no further details.
Later, I submitted an infringement report and received an email from Amazon on the same day stating that I would receive a response within 1-2 days. However, nearly three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received any reply.
Customer service keeps telling me to wait. I feel utterly helpless, watching my patent rights being disregarded while the seller continues to sell infringing products.
