We are seeking advice and support regarding an account suspension issue. Below is a summary of the situation, the actions we have taken, and the challenges we are currently facing:
Background
Our account was recently suspended due to concerns about virtual bundled products. Each individual ASIN is compliant and continues to sell normally, but the bundled ASINs were flagged as potentially prohibited medical devices.

Hand Massager Y18C (ASIN: B09KGZRG2X)
Both products are registered as Class I medical devices and are compliant with FDA regulations. They are classified under "MASSAGER, THERAPEUTIC, ELECTRIC," which is exempt from 510(k) premarket notification requirements.
The Issue
When we created a bundled listing titled:

"PERLEVI Electric Hand Massager with Heat Compression + Eye Massager for Migraines with Heat"
Several months later, Amazon flagged this bundled listing as potentially prohibited and classified the products as "electric inflatable tube massagers" intended for professional use, which does not align with the intended purpose or compliance status of the individual products.
Actions Taken
Thorough Review
Conducted a detailed review of product descriptions, titles, and supporting documentation.
Identified areas for improvement to enhance clarity and accuracy.
Submitted Documentation
Provided our FDA Establishment Number: 3003832641 and manufacturer registration details.
Confirmed the 510(k) exemption status for both products.
Submitted detailed explanations and supporting documents to clarify the intended use and compliance status of the bundled products.
Employee Action
When the initial warning was issued, the responsible employee did not take appropriate action to appeal the decision. As a result, the products were removed from the platform, and we terminated the employee's contract.
Product Appeal
We submitted a formal appeal for the bundled products, providing all necessary documentation and clarifications.
The Medical Team reviewed our appeal (CASE ID: 15914293721) and restored the sales permissions for the ASINs B0D6Y9FN5G, B09PBKWBP8, and B09KGZRG2X.
Current Status
Despite the Medical Team approving the sale of the affected ASINs, our account remains suspended for other unspecified reasons.
Our Challenges
Our account has been unable to sell for an extended period, causing significant financial strain:
A large inventory is incurring Amazon's expensive storage fees and various platform charges, which our account balance can no longer sustain.
The operational staff of our team have had to be let go due to the prolonged suspension.
If we cannot resume normal sales soon, our company risks facing bankruptcy.
