Brand indicates Administrator doesn't exist

I have been selling 1 brand on Amazon since 2004.

In the past year over 300 asins have been deactivated for missing color and department cutting my sales in half.

As I am a reseller I don’t have the authority to update these attributes.

Seller Support indicates I need to contact the Brand Registry Administrator. I have contacted the Brand owner and they indicate they are not affiliated with Amazon Brand Registry and do not have an administrator.

Seller Central won’t provide the brand administrators contact information.

The only other seller of the brand on Amazon is Amazon/Zappos.

The Brand owner refers me to Amazon, Amazon refers me to the brand.

Does anyone have a solution or have you left Amazon?

Hi,

we have had this happen as well with many big brands. The only way you can activate the listings is to be added to the brand's brand registry. I'm not sure what to do if the brand doesn't have an Amazon brand registry.

@Seller_Cxhg8nqYX0Hwwis pretty spot on. If the brand is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, then you can be added with the appropriate selling role to list. You can find more on this on the Brand Registry selling roles help page.

You do not have to mention the brand here, but do you have a case ID that has at least 1 of the deactivated ASINs so I can review?

Also, do you have a Letter of Authorization from the Brand?

Looking forward to assisting wherever I am able.
