Receiving matching conflict error 8541 while listing a product
Hello,
I’m requesting an urgent supervisor-level callback regarding a persistent Error 8541 issue when attempting to list a new ASIN using a valid GS1 UPC and an Amazon-approved brand name.
I have already verified the UPC through GS1, confirmed brand approval in my account, and followed all listing protocols. Despite this, Amazon’s system is rejecting the listing due to what appears to be an internal mismatch or catalog error that regular Seller Support cannot resolve.This issue is preventing me from launching my product, which is delaying my business operations. ... umm... are you new on Amazon? Such thing will NOT happen. Amazon is a self service platform where the seller has to find himself the solution, with the help of seller university, help pages, creating cases or posting in that forum.
error 8541: is it possible that the UPC you use is not brand new? Means did you use it already for a previous listing you deleted afterwards? You have to take a NEW UPC each time when creating a listing. If you use one that you already used and therefore already exists in Amazon's database the system will give "conflicting information".
