Class action lawsuit against Amazon for competitor sabotage
My competitor issued a full scale assault on every product I carry starting in December of 2023. They ordered multiple products for the sole purpose of leaving negative ratings, reviews and videos. One of the reviewers is even the CEO of the competitor!!! I have issued dozens of cases with nothing other than "transferred to another Amazon team." IS THERE ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THIS BULLYING ACTION SINCE AMAZON HAS ALLOWED THE REVIEWS TO REMAIN AND DONE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY COMPANY?

Are you a licensed business, if so, you already own your personal action Lawsuit. The problem is not between you and Amazon, it is between you and the other seller.
Providing you have good evidence of what the other seller is doing, we have the $35 to our local court and made a case against the buyer. every state has laws to protect businesses. look yours up and find the one that fits the situation.
We pay the court the extra $20 to send the summons to the other seller. They think it is joke and fail to appear. You win. In one casewe requested the seller be removed from the Amazon site. Sent the court ruling to Amazon's legal office, and the buyer was removed.
It is a simply way to solv a problem, and you don't need a lawyer. Your courthouse clerk will tell you how to do it and what to say in the claim.
