UPS Ground Saver
In my buy shipping UPS Ground Saver just started showing as an option... however is says it is not available for me to purchase because it does not meet the insurance requirements I selected and also doesnt meet the tracking requirements I selected... Does anyone know how to fix this?

Having post office deliver our ups packages can be trouble.

Have you filed a support case about that issue?
Is UPS Ground Saver not eligible to be selected, or does the issue/block come up after you selected it and try to purchase?

mine is showing the same thing. I took it to mean if i choose that option tracking confirmation is not available which will cause a ding in amazon.

With regards to your question about insurance: UPS Ground Saver / SurePost does not offer insurance and defaults to no value added services (like insurance or signature confirmation). You would need to use another ship method if they would like to purchase insurance.

these options have been coming up with these messages for some time and we have had to manually divert practically every sale. We assume Amazon should not be supporting a no tracking option. Is there some way that we can stop this option from showing up?

- “The carrier selected does not offer...” notifications will not block you from selecting UPS Ground Saver as your shipping service. Those notifications are there to inform you that insurance/signature are not available, but you can still use the shipping service without those.
- UPS Ground Saver does not offer signature confirmation or insurance as an option, but it does offer tracking and packages shipped UPS Ground Saver are covered by Buy Shipping protections as long as you meet the standard requirements.
- Only the 4 x 6 png printing format is currently available. The team is aware of seller feedback about additional printing formats, and will add more label printing formats soon.

When I ship an item using this service, only the first UPS tracking number is provided in the order, which will show it is delivered at least 1 day before the package is actually delivered. UPS deliverers these package to a post office and then it is delivered by USPS within 1-3 days, which I feel will be confusing and cause problems. The order shows delivered when it is really only delivered to the customers local post office.
