New Inbound Placement Service Fee Charged But Not Done

We sent an FBA shipment in to Amazon, paid the inbound placement service fee, but Amazon did not distribute our inventory across the US. This shipment was closed two months ago and all of the inventory is in ONE location OAK 4, Tracy, CA. I've asked Amazon multiple times, how can a Prime buyer, in Miami, Florida, get free 2-Day shipping if all of our inventory is in one warehouse on the west coast. I've received no answer. This was our 9th shipment to Amazon and the first with this problem. Amazon, if you're going to charge us an inbound placement service fee, you need to PERFORM the inbound placement service. The case ID is 15925867171 and any help from a moderator would be great.

Interesting. I wouldn't ask support about customers getting items in 2 days -- that's logistic's problem to deal with. UPS 2nd day air will work.

But I would totally want an answer on the placement fee issue. If this isn't a case by itself, I believe it should be. @Dominic_Amazonany ideas?

The short description is that we sent in an FBA shipment and paid the inbound placement fee, however, Amazon never performed the inbound placement service. The entire shipment was sent to OAK 4 in Tracy, CA and never distributed to the rest of the USA. The case ID is 15925867171 and the support team keeps replying that there isn't an issue.
