My account was suspended due to a failed verification process

Hi everyone,

On September 4, 2024, my account was suspended due to a failed verification process. I have already submitted the required documents, but as of today (September 12, 2024), I have not received any response from Amazon. I am unsure of the next steps to take in order to reactivate my account.

Additionally, two other accounts linked to this one have also been suspended, preventing the replenishment of inventory for our Japanese account. The goods scheduled for replenishment are now stuck with the shipping company and cannot be delivered.

Please advise on how I can resolve this issue and reactivate the accounts?
