I can empathize that you are really frustrated with Amazon's restrictions on these products. For many high profile brands and categories Amazon is now requiring approval to sell and in some instances is not currently accepting applications. While you may have been able to sell these products in the past, these changes can occur based on the needs of the Brand Owner and the security of the Amazon Marketplace. If you are unable to apply or complete approval it will not be possible for you to list these products. However I can direct your feedback to the appropriate leadership.
