Issue getting main account reinstated after related account was reinstated
Hi there,
My account was de-activated due to a related account that was suspended. The related account was unsuspended and is back in good standing. We submitted an appeal to reinstate our main account with the simple form reason saying the related account was reinstated and provided the reinstatement email. We keep getting it kicked back saying "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
We are not sure what further information is requested?

It takes time, sometimes a LONG time for messages to work their way through all the gerbil tubes.
Do they sell in different categories at least?

What do you mean? They keep requesting more information on our appeal form our main account. We provide them the reinstatement notice from the second account as it is active again. Not sure what else they want. It should be a simple appeal here to get reactivated

@Bryce_Amazoncan you help and provide some insight? We dont have anything to go off here as we assumed this would be a simple appeal and Amazon is not clarifying what they want. The related account was fully reinstated
