Amazon Postage (USPS Ground Advantage) + Rollo Printer = Terrible quality label.
I am looking to ditch ShippingEasy and go with Amazon for postage.
I recently printed a label to my Rollo and it was horrific. You could barely read it and it would likely never be legible at destination.
The label from ShippingEasy on the same printer is perfect.
Thoughts?

Greetings @Seller_yRvvQPBdAojnM,
I've seen some threads over the past few weeks related to Rollo printers and labels. It may have to do with some issues that were occurring with Ground Advantage labels that have since been corrected. Additonally, I found this comment from another seller who was experiencing something similar (blurry labels):
We installed the Virtual Hi-Res Driver from Rollo website.
- Go to Rollo support website (google "rollo support")
- In the search box, type "hi res driver". The first result with title "International labels don't scan (Windows)"
- At the bottom of the page, there is a zip file to download.
- Follow the instruction to install.
- When you're ready to print, choose that as your printer. (it basically added an additional printer on your computer)
Let me know if those troubleshooting steps help at all, and I'll be happy to look into this further!
