Amazon will cover the cost of these claims and they will not affect your Order Defect Rate.".

The ship-by date on my order [114-8714382-1882668] was [Mar 7, 2024 to Mar 8, 2024]. The order was shipped on [Mar 6, 2024] with shipping purchase through Amazon [USPS tracking XXXXX]. The carrier scan shows they took possession of the package on [Mar 7, 2024], so the order was shipped on time.

Since the order was shipped on time and shipping was purchased through Amazon's buy shipping, it qualifies to be covered under Amazon's buy shipping guarantee. This A-Z claim should be funded by Amazon and not be counted against our ODR. This is a simple fact and even a 3-year old undertand it, right? Yet, the A-Z claim team ignored the simple fact and decided that we should fund the buyer even though the ODR was not affected.

There is no other way for us to seek help, and this forum appears to be our last resort. Business is based on rules, and if they are not strictly adhered to, nobody will have the confidence to do business on Amazon. Amazon will eventually evolve into a communist party from which people with a conscience will flee.
