I've been selling on Amazon for at least five years. But my confidence in the FBA shipment processing is deteriorating with each passing shipment and am getting to the point where I am fearful of sending any more shipments for fear of taking a loss or running into delays. 2 shipments of my last 5 have been lost with no reimbursement in sight. With an estimated value of $900. These were shipments that were delivered to FC but never checked in or received then closed out. One was shipped out but never made it to the FC. But still no reimbursement for none of these. When in the odd chance my shipments do make it to the FC it takes a month or sometimes 2 months to get it fully checked in and active. It is highly inefficient processing and wasting precious time. Most of the time it is due to my shipments in FC transfer but most of the time it is due to the check in to receiving to listing process. And this is a CONSTANT issue as of this year and it has completely set my income back. I do not know if this is just with me but I am in good standing and it is too unreliable at this point where I have lost 90 percent of my confidence to sell anymore on FBA and is very discouraging. It just isn't the same any more. I just need to vent my frustration because I doubt anything will be done to remedy this and also to let others going through the same thing that they are not alone.
