Amazon order status not marked delivered and affecting my OTDR

The buyer sent a message to me and stating the order was not received. I looked at the order page and it shows package delayed. Went to the UPS and USPS websites, both URL reflecting delivered. This is really affecting my OTDR and bad customer experience. In addition, buyer will file for a-z claim and I might get bad review for the wrong reason. This is lose lose situation...
