First do FBM. Since you are a beginner, I think you maybe have the intention to buy things at stores and try to sell them on Amazon. And you don't know that many brands doesn't allow this. Like Nike, Adidas, Funko, Marvel etc. And maybe you don't know that you need INVOICES, with our name on it, and not just receipts.
If you send such products to Amazon as FBA, Amazon will confiscate and destroy them. If you list them as FBM, at least you have no financial loss but "only" your account will be suspended.
So, if you want to have a future on Amazon: Go in your seller central, scroll down to “Learn”, click Seller University and watch all the videos. That will take 2-3 months. You are not ready to sell. Selling on Amazon needs a lot of learning. Read this forum daily, write keywords in the search bar in seller central and study the help pages that show up. Once you THINK having understood the basics come here again for specific questions. If you don't do all this, your account will be suspended without doubt soon or late.
