Help - Brand Owner & Sole Product Manufacturer - Other Sellers under my Brand/ASIN

We are:
- Registered Brand
- Own Trademarks and Copyright of brand and images
- Sole Product Manufacturer
- Registered with Brand Registry on Amazon
Problem:
Sellers are under my Branded ASIN selling products in other marketplaces such as Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico. We believe they're doing drop shipping of our products (they buy from us and resell) Since they are not authorized to sell or manufacture our brand.
I've tried to report them and take down those offers to no avail. Many have horrible feedback due to late/missing shipments and it can affect our brand image. We do FBA and have 4.9 Stars on 1781 Feedback.
