This customer purchased date 1 Feb 2024, requested refund on 19 Feb because item not same, we messaged her to show us photo or video proof through Amazon and Whatsapp. But She don't want reply from 19 Feb to 20 Feb, we closed her case and rejected the her refund. Then she replied us The colour depicted is a deep green. What was received was more grey than green. We checked the photo that she sent us, is correct item. On 21 Feb, she requested A-Z claims from Amazon and Amazon accepted her refund. No choice, we accepted and message this customer through Amazon, whatsapp and phone call, she don't want reply and return our cost $88 item. from 21 Feb until 25/3, Account department checked that Amazon released the refund to her on 25/2 and customer without return item back to us. We have send us few message through Get help and email the issue through amazon email, until today 25/3, no decision make from the Amazon through this order issue.
