Auto-Reply to Buyer Seller Messages
We just noticed over the weekend that "amazon" started responding in our buyer/seller messages with the following reply.
"Thanks we will start researching your issue(s) and will start getting them fixed. Let us know if you have any questions."
Is anyone else having this problem? Also does anyone kow how to turn it off?
Thanks!

Hey @Seller_1W2ppXWTXvxNs,
Mod here jumping in to provide my insight on the topic, hopefully we can also receive inputs from other selling partners.
From Amazon's end, we provide templates that sellers can utilize that will automatically be translated into the Buyer Language of Preference and help automate workflows. Any automation that occurs is identified on each template.
If one of these templates is applicable to a Buyer-Seller Message you have received, you will see the option to utilize that template when you go to draft a response. Clicking the template button will show a preview of the message that you can review before sending. If you do not wish to use an Amazon provided template you can draft your own message as usual or create your own templates.
That basically the options that we have enabled but if you are stating that the message was not authorized by you it could be a 3rd party software doing the job, may I ask, would you happen to be utilizing any APIs or applications under your account?
I'd love to hear your comments on this.
Daryl
