Someone Who Added a Product with a Fake Brand Reported Me for Selling the Same Product as the Real Brand

Hello friends,

I am a seller from outside the USA

I have a letter that gives me the authority to sell and list under a brand, and I opened this product for sale from the catalog (It was previously listed under another brand name).

Immediately after I put the product up for sale, the person who listed the product with an irrelevant brand name filed a complaint, claiming that I was infringing the trademark, and Amazon immediately locked my product and marked its account health as high risk.

With a little research, we see that the same product is listed under 12 different brands and is currently available for sale!

Now, when I receive a sales authorization letter from the manufacturer, am I committing fraud, or is the person selling the product with a brand that has nothing to do with the actual brand of the product committing fraud?

I wrote to the Amazon account health team multiple times asking them to call me, but they did not and Amazon concluded that I was a fraudster.

Isn't it a funny joke?
