How to Offer Expedited Shipping as an Individual Seller

I have an individual seller account, (i.e., not professional), and a customer reached out asking if we could do one day shipping. I don't know if that's allowed under the plan; since we're not a professional seller, we get the below message when I go to Settings/Shipping Settings:

To customize your shipping preferences, go to Inventory and select Manage all inventory, locate the SKU and click Edit, select Offer, and then locate Shipping Options and enable your preferred ship options. Available ship options are Standard, Expedited/Express, One-day, Two-day, International and International Expedited/Express.

When I go to Manage all inventory, I find the SKU and click the 3 dots on the left hand side, and then click "Edit listing." I go to the offer tab but I don't see any shipping options. Please help or post a screenshot; am I in the wrong place?
