AWD inventory not shipping to FBA on a Timely manner

Hi, I am having an issue with AWD shipments to FCs. It is painfully slow. The main reason I went with AWD was because I thought AWD would work well with the FCs and I would always be in stock. That is not the case.

In reality the AWD replenishments are taking weeks to get to Amazon FCs. And these FCs are literally right down the street. Maybe AWD is walking them over instead of using a Truck. On top of that you can't see any tracking information as near as i can tell. AWD just says "Outbound Operations In Progress" with no ETA anywhere and no BOL anywhere.

Has anybody figured out how to find the BOL or tracking info on these AWD shipments?

Also, what is taking AWD so long? are they just sitting in a truck somewhere that AWD is waiting to fill up with other sellers shipments?

I would love some help. Thanks

This is also happening to a lot of our shipments. As you can see below, it took 1.5 months to ship from AWD KRB5 600 PRINCIPIO PKWY W NORTH EAST, MD 21901-2914 to FBA ABE8 - Florence, NJ. This more than what it will take for our shipment to go from China to East Coast warehouse.

I tried to warn ya'll about AWD. It's a dumpster fire. It took them over 6 months to actually find my inventory and get it sent over to FBA. 6 months. Went out of stock, lost sales, and sent hundreds of messages to Amazon about it. Avoid like the plague and always remember Amazon doesn't care about you

I know continuing this thread is futile but it is good emotional therapy to get this out of my system. :-)

Here is update where we are at with my lost shipment from AWD to FC.

@Dominic_Amazon suggested I talk to Seller Support about my AWD issues. So that is what I have done. The issue with this is AWD and FBA seem to be totally autonomous entities that apparently don't talk to each other.

After 3 days Seller Support comes back to me this morning and says. There is no issue with your units shipped from AWD to FBA because they were never really shipped. So there is nothing to reconcile. Case closed...literally.

Umm. I'm still showing 81 units gone from my inventory at AWD. Not only am I missing 81 units from my inventory in the system but AWD also won't replenish my FBA inventory because their system thinks 81 units are already in transit! (Which apparently are not in transit).

So frustrating. To top it off I tried to call in now twice to Seller Support and all I get back is that they can't access the Case because it is on a need to know basis and apparently.....they don't need to know.

So I have no way to contact anyone on the phone with AWD.

Not that anyone cares at this point but I'll keep updating this Forum post until this issue is resolved with AWD. I've reopened the case again. for the third time now. Hopefully third time lucky. Every reopening with AWD seems to be a 2 day turnaround so it will be a few days.

Another week has passed.

So Amazon came back again today and told me there is no issue because AWD never sent the inventory from AWD to FBA. So they are closing the case.

So frustrating.

So I reopened it again and explained I didn't ask you reconcile receiving of a shipment. I asked where the shipment from AWD had gone.

Round and round in circles and no way to talk to anybody at AWD. Stay clear of AWD gang until they get a help desk that can be contacted by phone.

@Dominic_Amazonif you know of a way for me to talk to someone at AWD please pass it on because going to Seller Central Support does not work at all.

Conclusion.

After Seller Central telling me twice over the past two weeks that the shipment from AWD never happened so it doesn't need to be reconciled at FBA.

The shipment arrived this morning. It took 4 weeks to travel the one and a half hours down the road while at the same time several shipments, sent after it, arrived on time.

But at least my units are found and shipped. A good ending.

I do repeat for Amazon though that they need a real help desk for AWD. This is really bad service. If this was an external company (non-Amazon), they would be out of business in a few months.
