Creating a new case number
The Seller Support page to get Help does not seem to be working for creating a new Case #. Any advice?
We have received emailed evidence from a Buyer that they had authorized a retro charge and that Amazon subsequently charged their credit card, but we, the Seller, have not received payment in full for that order. We see no way to follow up on the previous Case # or to open a new one. When we we try, it only asks which of around 50 different Amazon fees we want information on! Is Amazon Seller Support still functioning?!

Thanks for reaching out. I have checked and I am not seeing any issues contacting Seller Support. I would suggest you try a different browser and if that doesn't work, clear your cache and cookies. If you still cannot contact them, please let me know so I can look into this further for you.
