Amazon has canceled transfer of funds. Account Under Review.

On 4/3/2024 Amazon canceled our funds transfer.
All funds are in reserve. Account Under Review.
I contacted support and they said the account status is positive and the case has been forwarded to the appropriate team. They must respond within 24 hours. (Case ID: 15070031121, 15070010221)
I still have not received a response.
Help is needed!

I understand you have concerns regarding your funds and your account being under review.
I have viewed the cases you have provided here and can confirm they have been forwarded to the appropriate team. As for the time frame for a response, there is not currently one I can see. Volume of requests made to that team could be higher than usual, thus the wait time for a response might be longer than the typically 24 to 72 hours we strive to meet.
Did you receive a performance notification when this occurred? If you do not mind, please provide a copy of that notification here so the Forums community and I can further assist to the best of our abilities.
