Please Help! Children's Jewelry Listings Taken Down
Two weeks ago 599 of our listings were taken down for child safety compliance. We have been selling children's jewelry on Amazon for almost 10 years and understand the requirements to sell children's jewelry on Amazon. We have submitted the required safety documentation through the "Manage My Compliance" tab in Account Health for all of these ASINs and they have been reviewed and Approved. When we appealed these ASINs we were told there was no path to reinstate and we do not understand what the issue is. We have worked so hard to be compliant with all of Amazon's children's jewelry safety policies and take safety very seriously as a children's jewelry manufacturer. We are making our way through the list submitting appeals and resubmitting all of the documentation, but do not understand why this happened and why our listings were affected. Can we please get help getting these reinstated as we have already submitted the documentation and the ASINs are approved.

I'm sorry for the trouble. While I understand the frustration you are experiencing and you are stating that these products are intended for an adult, your customers could be purchasing these items for their children or grandchildren who are under the age of 12. As these can be purchased for children under 12, Amazon will not reinstate these items unless you can provide the proper testing to ensure that your customers are safe when wearing your products.
