Buyer Feedback Removal Denied though Feedback is 100% a product review.

I received a 1 star negative feedback from a Buyer who Claims the Production Process of the Chickpea Coffee we offer is not up to the standards his father remembers when growing up in Puerto Rico.

The review states as follows:

My father is from Puerto Rico and grew up where they used to make garbanzo coffee in the countryside. He grew up drinking chickpea coffee alongside actual coffee. He explained how they would harvest and lay out the chickpeas on potato sacks, letting them dry in the sun for like three days. He said this would cause the chickpeas to dry out so much that their own shells/skins would fall off. Then, they would roast the chickpeas in big steel pots until the chickpeas turned black like charcoals. He said if they roasted the chickpeas properly, they would be black when ground up. This brand has chickpea grinds that are light brown with a smell and taste of dirt. My father told me this is not legitimate Puerto Rican garbanzo coffee at all, and that he has never heard of this brand of garbanzo coffee either. He flat out recommended that I seek a refund, which is what I will be doing. In conclusion, I recommend against purchasing this product

As you can see, this is entirely a product review... we are NOT the Manufacturer... EL BORINCANO STORE is just a Seller and we have made this very clear to Buyer and to Amazon when opening our case ID. MORESO, Amazon policy clearly states that product review is removable however after trying for Amazon to remove this Review, all I've gotten from Amazon are negatives, MORESO... as a reply to my case ID was:

We have gone through the details and found that brand registry section and did not find this item registered in your account therefore, We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order ID - 111-6849030-0281023 doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression.

Once again, we are NOT a Manufacturer, We have NO SAY in the production process, nor in the taste buds of the Buyer... more in the fond childhood memories of the Buyer YET WE ARE BEING PENALIZED and NOW I am afraid to request again, that something might happen to my account.

Again, it is 100% ENTIRELY a product review but I got a response saying "We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained." Well, then can I please get an explanation as to why this is not a product review?? Why isn't this team following Amazon's own feedback removal policy?

The best way to deal with negative feedback is to resolve any transaction issues with the buyer. The buyer could then remove the feedback if they feel it is appropriate.
