Dear Amazon, in September this year, our product B0D72HDNKF was wrongly identified as having compliance problems. The misjudgment was explained on October 8 and the complaint was successful. Although our product complaint was successful, the compliance team helped us to restore the product details page and remove the misunderstanding, but they forgot to help us restore the product inventory. At present, the inventory in Amazon is still in the state of defects. To solve this problem, we have repeatedly made cases to Amazon to feedback that our products are not defective products, case id: 16521695931,16522625311, 16561509911, we provided the actual photos of the products and the pictures of the successful complaint in the case, Amazon customer service said to help us contact the compliance team to deal with it, but almost a month has passed and there is still no progress, we have a lot of blocked inventory. Besides, the best sales time has passed, which has caused heavy losses to us and seriously damaged our rights and interests. We hope that our problem can be paid attention to, and please contact the compliance team as soon as possible to restore our inventory, thank you!
