I have been selling watches on Amazon for quite some time now. Recently they have removed dozens of listings because they now require a watch battery certification/lab test/compliance document(s). I understand policies change, however they are removing all the automatic watches (no battery) as fast as they go up and have been wasting hours of my time with this back and forth with each automatic watch listing. Customer service reps say they cannot open a case, others understand the situation but offer no help. This blanket AI stuff needs to end as they remove first and make you fight tooth and nail to get stuff rightfully listed back. "Delete the listing and make a new one" one rep says which we then lose all the reviews for and next day also removed. Why have customer service reps if they cannot do a single thing.
