I offer free ground shipping on all items, but

I offer free ground shipping on all items, but due to higher rates when shipping to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska I need to impose some extra fees. How can I set up when I customer from those Islands and Alaska make a purchase they will need to pay a type of surcharge fee?

Go into your shipping templates and edit the ones you want to change.

Hi Nightowl, would you be so kind to help me by informing me how to offer free postage in the U.K.? This won’t be for all items listed , just the items that I feel will sell easier with free postage and to make the pricing correct. I ship my own sales and Amazon automatically charges postal costs to the buyer. This can get a little confusing, when someone is trying to improve their sellers account health and service.
