Unfair Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy
It is evident that the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy was implemented to address price gouging and ensure fair pricing for essential goods. This has raised concerns among businesses, particularly vendors. The implementation of the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy has led to challenges for businesses, as it restricts their ability to adjust prices in response to market conditions and increased costs. Manufacturers have increased prices in this current economic climate. Amazon's inability to adjust or follow the lead in stand off flagging health price alerts.

I have reread this post a couple times and wondering if there is a question?
Anytime I get flagged for high price, but have had to raise the price due to supply chain cost increases, I just open a case and escalate it about 8-12 times until they understand and then the violation goes away.

Hello @Seller_C4UmvdI2mexod
Thank you for the information provided regarding the situation associated to the fair marketplace pricing policy. I understand that you have concerns regarding the set up and impact that the policy has on your listings. When you receive these violations, you will want to review the listings. If you have verified that the pricing is where it should be, we would recommend providing documentation from the manufacturer that can show why the price needs to be set at the number listed.
Updating the price is going to be how you will resolve the pricing violations if our team is unable to accept the provided documentation. As mentioned, these policies are established in this way to ensure that each listing is fairly priced for our consumers. Please continue to refer to this thread for any additional updates or questions that you might have.
Best,
Atlas

Actually, my idea does work, see my case reply from a few days ago below:
They corrected the issue on their end, i updated the price, and it worked.

Here is another one i had successfully rectified recently with seller support. This one was a bit trickier but I kept denying their responses and escalating (even though they put their foot down to stand their ground), and I eventually had someone call me to discuss, and then a few more escalations later, it got corrected.

Atlas,
We are writing to address an issue regarding the pricing of certain products listed on Amazon. Due to recent increases in our supply chain costs, we find ourselves in a position where adjusting the retail prices of the following ASINs is unavoidable:
You're going to have to provide Atlas with your seller support case numbers so that Atlas can help
