Why Am I Getting Sales When My Listings Are On Vacation???

Why Am I Getting Sales When My Listings Are On Vacation???

It's twice this has happened already. I could understand one glitch in the system, but not two. What do you all think? Has this happened to any of you, and what can I do about it?

Verify that your account is actually on vacation.

There may have been pending orders before you put yourself on vacation. In that case, the orders will go through and Amazon expects you to ship.

Well, I am getting no sales while adding listings.

I think I'll try this then: ie go on VACATION !

Good afternoon,

Thanks for posting! I've seen another seller mention something like this in the past, typically it's outstanding pending orders, but as you mentioned that's not your case. Do you have the Order IDs for the orders you received after you placed your account on vacation mode? I'd like to look into this further. Thank you!
