Listing changes not allowed beacuse of "another brand steward". We own trademarks / are Brand Registered!

We are trying to update listing images and are unable to do so. Seller support tells us that it is because of "another brand steward." I have looked in the forums and saw that sometimes this is an account in another region. I have checked those emails and case logs and don't see anything.

We own all of the trademarks and are brand registered. How do we go about getting rid of this other "brand steward" so we can control our intellectual property.

At the moment the listing is using outdated images that lack clarity and are needlessly confusing to our customers.

To expedite the process, the relevant case ID is 16202697391. Thank you.

So, I take it you don't have brand registry for this brand? you could try reaching out to the brand and see who's in charge of it. Honestly we haven't had much success with this method, but we try anyway.

First, I would login under brand registry. On the home page it will show your registered brands and under "User Permissions" look under manage user permissions. It will show who you have listed as Administrators, Registered Agents, and Rights Owners. Screenshot these when you respond to your case and show them that there is NOT "another brand steward."

Second, I like to make sure I am communicating with the catalog team (and not general seller support ) and ask them why the images won't update. Often, they tell me a completely different reason. And if this is the case the catalog team can then reach out to Brand Registry. But, be persistent because often Brand Registry will send a response and not even read the information that the Catalog Team provides to them.
