Subject: Question About Using Manufacturer’s Eurofins Lab Reports for Gummy Supplement Listing

Hi everyone,

I'm preparing to list a dietary supplement (Shilajit gummies) under my brand CA Original Supplements (ASIN: BOF7VJSDG3) and had a question regarding compliance.

The product is manufactured by a reputable supplier in China who has already conducted third-party testing through Eurofins. I have access to the full lab reports, CoA, and a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer allowing me to distribute the product under my own brand.

My question is:

Will Amazon accept these existing Eurofins test reports from the manufacturer, or do I need to have new third-party testing done under my own brand name to meet dietary supplement compliance (in the U.S. marketplace)?

I want to make sure everything is fully compliant before moving forward.

Thanks in advance for any guidance or shared experiences!

Best,

Michael

I would check to see if you can even list it. Amazon is not accepting applications to sell in this category for a while now.

Hi there @Seller_YipkoKKUeUqwz,

Thanks for reaching out with your question. Amazon does not accept documentation from Seller's directly for Dietary supplements. However you should be able to work with Eurofins to provide appropriate information by selecting them while completing your Compliance Review. Thank you for your understanding.
