my numbing cream is only 4% lidocaine,why it was removed again after first reinstatement.

@Blake_Amazon

hello

My product is a topical numbing cream used to reduce the pain of tattoos. It contains 4% Lidocaine.

CASE 13457118611 answered ASIN "B0CBV8559H" will not be reinstated, as this product has been identified as a prescription drug. Amazon policy prohibits the sale or listing of products that require a prescription or a medical professional's supervision or direction for their use on Amazon.com.

Please Note : There is no path to reinstatement for this ASIN.

My product is specifically formulated as a numbing cream to alleviate pain during tattooing procedures. I have identified several similar products on Amazon's platform that contain 5% lidocaine and similar ingredients.

Is that mean,I have no path recover the listing?All FBA inveotory have to be throw away?

Please help me with it.Thank you.

Hello @Seller_EUY30zY4E2xE3,

Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear that your listing has been pulled for containing lidocaine. I am researching this and will get back to you as soon as I have additional information.

Regards,

Michelle
