Delayed shipments beyond what seems accecptable to RDU4 (Fayetteville, NC)
The Amazon preferred carrier (AAA Cooper) picked up our shipment on September 12, and Amazon still has not received it at the RDU4 warehouse. We thought we were planning well ahead of the holiday rush. This delay seems beyond what should be acceptable (particularly for products with an expiration date). AAA Cooper indicated last week, as I have seen in other forums, that there are no shipments currently being accepted to RDU4. I opened a case about 4 days ago on this, and of course, no reply yet. Has anyone seen a change in this status at RDU4? Does Amazon have this issue across its warehouses? It's ridiculous.

Greetings @Seller_v1UitgtqJRcYT,
Thanks for posting here on the forums. I am tracking a few threads related to RDU4 and have notified the appropriate internal teams. I am still working to get an official update, but I will ensure that one is posted as soon as I have it. In the meantime, have you seen any movement of your units since your original post date?

Same here! I have had a shipment sitting there since September 30th. It sucks tbh and support doesn't do anything to help. Hopefully, they can fix it soon.
