Amazon changed my FC FROM FTW1 TO MEM1 and it's been a disaster
I live 30 mins away from the Dallas Warehouse, yet my stuff goes to MEM1. Every other week I always have a problem at this warehouse where my stuff get checked in, scanned, then it gets lost. I barely had any issues at FTW1. MEM1 on the other hand is a disaster and they keep losing my stuff. I don't mind paying the extra shipping fees but every time I send stuff I always pray that they don't lose my stuff and then I have to haggle with amazon about getting reimbursed. What doesn't make any sense is that once my stuff arrives at MEM1, it comes back sometimes to FTW1. So it makes no sense. Anyone else have this issue?
