I am trying to follow the process to use the upload template to list a generic item. However, every time I do it I get an 8105 message regarding the SKU. What am I doing wrong?

"The data you provided for an attribute does not match the list of valid values. Select a valid value from the Data Definitions and resubmit your file.
This error occurs when you fail to provide values for the attributes matching the data definitions value provided in the template.
The Data Definitions tab contains the acceptable values format that can be used for the headers as you fill the Template tab.
To resolve this error, resubmit your product data using a valid value by referring the Data Definitions tab included in the file.
Download the uploaded template and check the attributes affected in the template, highlighted in orange. Make amends in the necessary headers, and then resubmit your file to make a successful submission"
