Amazon lost FBA item and is asking for invoice?
Amazon lost a couple of FBA items and is asking for an invoice. I do have a invoice but don't want to submit it to Amazon out of fear of revealing source. I feel like that information should be confidential and could somehow be used against me. I ship master case packs so I know how many should be received but one is missing. They can see the items are legit and have already sold some. Can I redact company name and address?

Greetings!
Providing invoices is a critical step in documenting Proof of Ownership, and will be required in every inventory reconciliation investigation. I covered it a bit in my thread here: The Amazon Seller's Playbook: 5 Must-Know Guidelines for Sourcing and Selling Products!
Take a look at that thread, and some of my comments where I linked resources detailing exactly what needs to be included on your invoice. Reply back to me here once you've done so!
